Dr. Jonathan Harrington is a retired Full Professor and former Director of the International Relations Program and Interim Director of the MPA Program at Troy University. An experienced teacher and expert on Asian politics and policy, Jonathan has been educating students and the public about international relations for more than 20 years. Conversant in Mandarin, Dr. Harrington has spent many years living and working in East Asia and has traveled to more than 40 countries. He has hosted, organized and spoken at international conferences in Japan, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Slovenia, Canada and the United States.
